Create workflows to automate your communication
Create rule-based workflows to handle messages, incidents, and notifications automatically. Reduce manual work, speed up response times, and ensure consistent handling across NOC, Service Desk, or OT teams.
Automatically tag, forward, assign, or reply to messages based on sender, keywords, or channels. Separate critical alerts from routine messages, improve triage, and streamline team handoffs.
Schedule system usage and alert history reports to arrive in your inbox weekly or monthly. Managers can monitor performance and trends effortlessly.
Vacation Mode
Set contacts to “vacation mode” so they won’t receive alerts during specific dates. Ensures alerts always go to the right people without disturbing off-duty staff.
SMS Forwarding & Webhooks
Edit forwarded messages to remove sensitive data or add labels like “URGENT.” Webhooks simplify integrations, making external notifications more flexible and secure.
Additional security measures
Admins are required to change default passwords at first login, adding an extra layer of protection and helping meet organizational security policies automatically.

How to update SMSEagle software?
There are two ways of how can you update the software:
Device with internet access enabled: open your Web-GUI > Settings > Updates > click “Check for software update now” button.
Device in offline environment: contact us via the Support Center for instructions.
