Extended Warranty PLUS

This warranty plan is ideal for any customer who wants to minimize the time their system is not operational. The service offers a total of 5-Year Warranty & Support plus advanced replacement service of faulty hardware within 48 business hours.

Post Warranty Care Packs (1,2,3-Year)

The service provides access to support services as well as software upgrades for your device after warranty period. It allows you to stay up-to-date with new features and security releases, and get immediate help whenever you need it.

SMSEagle Extended Warranty PLUS is an optional service that offers a total of 5-Year warranty & support, expedited hardware replacement, and faster support response times. With Extended Warranty Plus, SMSEagle Team will send a replacement unit to a customer before they have to send in their existing device for a warranty repair. This warranty plan is ideal for any customer who wants to minimize the time their system is not operational.

Extended Warranty Plus Service Coverage:

  • If the SMSEagle device fails during the Extended Warranty Plus service period, a replacement unit that is identical or equivalent will be shipped to the customer.
  • We cover the cost of shipping both ways during the 2-way delivery process.
  • The service is currently offered in the EU countries only
  • 2x faster support response times (SLA) for immediate resolution of incidents
