Standard Warranty & Support

Coverage: 2 years of warranty & technical support

The Standard Warranty & Technical Support package is included in the device price at no additional cost. It provides a solid foundation for reliable operation and direct access to SMSEagle technical experts.

Extended Warranty & Technical Support is an optional service that prolongs your coverage period and ensures continued access to SMSEagle expertise beyond the standard term.

Post-Warranty Care Packs (1-, 2-, 3-Year)

Coverage period: 1-, 2-, 3-years of technical support

Technical support after warranty expiration. Post‑Warranty Care Packs are optional technical support packages designed for customers whose hardware warranty period has ended, but who want to continue using their SMSEagle devices with professional vendor support.

These packages allow you to maintain operational continuity, receive software updates, and access SMSEagle’s expert support team even after the warranty has expired.

What’s included:

  • Remote technical support via support portal and email
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting assistance
  • Support for configuration, integrations, and APIs
  • Access to software updates, bug fixes, and security releases
  • Support provided in accordance with the standard SLA defined in the Technical Support Services Policy

This ensures that your SMSEagle device remains secure, supported, and operational throughout its extended lifecycle. Post‑Warranty Care Packs ensure operational continuity and predictable support costs, but do not include hardware warranty, free repairs, or hardware replacement, which are handled under separate commercial terms.
