Voice (Calls) feature
Software upgrade with Calls feature for NXS-97XX-4G/5G and MHD-8100-4G line of devices. The upgrade enables wake-up calls & text-to-speech calls *. This feature is ideal for delivering urgent messages or announcements, such as alerts, emergency notifications, or other time-sensitive information.
The Voice feature enables Wake Up Calls (Ring only) and Text-To-Speech (TTS) Automated Calls* in NXS-97XX-4G/5G and MHD-8100-4G devices. This product can be purchased as an extension for both new and existing devices.
* due to hardware limitations, the Text to Speech (TTS) function is only available on NXS hardware Rev. 4 and MHD-8100-4G devices. TTS function works currently for the English language only.
For new devices, the upgrade will be done before shipping the order. If you already own a device and would like to upgrade it to the voice option, contact our Support Center for details for your device.

Water Leak Sensor
Industrial-grade water leak sensor/flood detector is IP66 rated, waterproof & dustproof. When the sensor detects a leakage, it will trigger a defined SMS message via SMSEagle to notify of potential danger.
The industrial grade water leak sensor detects and alerts of a potential water leak emergency. When the water comes into contact with the sensor probe, it activates a relay that can trigger SMS alarm sent from SMSEagle device. The water leak sensor is designed with industry-standard IP66 rated, featuring waterproof and dustproof. The control circuit possesses minimal potential energy, mitigating the risk of igniting flammable or combustible substances.

- The probe pole of the sensor is placed facing down to the ground vertically. The sensor should be placed in the lower spot in the flat area.
- If you need to detect a small amount of water (not to a certain depth), it’s a good practice to place a sponge tray under the probe.

Voice modem 3G (replacement)
3G modem with a call function for NXS-97XX-3G line of devices. The modem enables call feature available since software version 3.2. This feature allows to make a dummy call (disconnected after x seconds) to a desired phone number. Dummy call can be used as SMS follow-up to notify about important incidents/alerts within your system.
The Voice modem is a replacement option for standard data-only modem in NXS-97XX-3G devices. This product can be purchased as an extension for both new and existing devices.
For new devices the replacement will be done before shipping the order. If you already own a device and would like to upgrade it to voice option, it will be required to send your device to our Support Center for modem replacement.

3G to 4G module replacement
Replacement service for NXS-97xx-3G Rev.2, Rev.3 family of devices. Includes replacement of 3G radio module to 4G radio module with global coverage.
If you already own a NXS-97xx-3G device and would like to upgrade it to 4G, this item will allow it. Please note, that this item is only for devices with hardware Rev.2, Rev.3 (MAC address starts with: 78:A7:14:55/56…)
It will be required to send your device to our Support Center for the radio module replacement. An additional cost of sending the device back to you will be added (depending on your destination country).

Replacement service for NXS-97xx-4G Rev.3 devices with enabled voice feature. Includes replacement of 4G radio module to a new module that supports VoLTE. This item is only for hardware Rev.3 devices in countries where carriers switched off the 3G network and the existing 4G radio module has lost the ability to make voice calls.
If you already own a NXS-97xx-4G Rev.3 device with voice feature enabled, and your radio module has lost the capability to make voice calls due to switched off 3G network, this item is for you. The item includes the replacement of a 4G radio module with a new module that supports VoLTE and is capable of making voice calls in 4G-only networks.
